Service Refund Policy

Cancellation: If you cancel within 48 hours before your live session without rescheduling, you will receive a 50% refund. If you fail to attend your appointment with no notification (aka no call, no show) you will not receive a refund and 11:11 Babe retains the right to refuse service in the future.

Rescheduling an appointment: Sometimes life happens! Please contact me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your live session.

Recorded sessions are NOT available for cancellation refunds. All payments of recorded sessions are final and will only be refunded if services cannot be rendered.
